2007 Diversity Campaign:

          Every year, Tau Beta Alpha has a certain campaign, to promote goodness, and education among the students and community members. The campaign for the year 2007 is diversity, and the importance of understanding and accepting other cultures.   Establishing education seminars, exercises between students, faculty, and community members. Allowing the possibilty for open mindedness and a understanding of other cultures. Minimizing discrimination within, and around the community.

Red Cross Fundraiser:

          Our annual fundraiser this year will be a self service to people who want to give a free will donation to the fraternity.   This fundraiser is to help the fraternity with a base foundation in its   actions in the following year. Donations to the fraternity will be used for support of the bodily movement within the fraternity, to promote diversity, wisedom within the community, and allow main events to happen within the community. Percentage of the proceeds given to the fraternity   will go directly to American Red Cross foundation, in their efforts for disater relief, and community help.  

2008 Election:

          This year, Tau Beta Alpha has taken on the task of educating, and mobilizing their community and peers to take action in this years election. Even though the General election is in November, the group has taken on many local campaigns and educating the community on local and presidential canidates. It is important as American citizens that we exercize our right, and giving those who are not able to vote, and making sure everyone's opinon is voiced. The group will be doing many events such as voter registration drives, hosting local debates for the canidates running for Mayor and Legislation, as well as many symposiums in geeting the communitiy members of Hastings a base knowledge of what to know when voting this very important year.

Community Service:

          Every month, Tau Beta Alpha will host a community service project, and help around the community, in effort of showing the service and duty as young college men, to give back to their community. It will be our main duty to serve and to establish a good connection with the community Tau Beta Alpha lies within. Organizations TBA will seek effort to   help support in the following year varies from, Special Olympics, to the   ESL project in the Head Start building. Where ever they may be community service, Tau Beta Alpha will be sure to be there every month.
